Allan is a room at RFSL Stockholm, which is ideal for meetings and smaller group gatherings. You find Allan by either going straight ahead after you go through the main door, passing the room Timmy. You can also find Allan by passing Hyllan on the left side, making your way into the RFSL Stockholm copy room, where Allan is found on the left side.
Allan can hold a maximum of 16 people. The room contains a large whiteboard, which is well suited as a background to the overhead unit that is in the room or a projector.
Allan Hellman (1904-1982) was one of RFSL’s founders and its first ombudsman. He was voted “Sweden’s most courageous man” when he in the early 1950’s spoke openly about his homosexuality in the magazine Se. Allan was a resident of Lysekil.
