One of RFSL Stockholm’s main priorities is to make sure that all of our work has anti racist perspectives mainstreamed in them. We do this for example by having a recruiting system which only looks for the competence of the worker, as well as having an anti racist work plan within the organisation.
From 2013, we have also annually hold an anti racist theme day, where we focus the program of the day on a specific issues within the frame of anti racism. In 2013, that issue was broad representation within boards of LGBTQ organisations through an anti racist perspective, which gave new insghts to those attending. In 2014, we hope to arrange another fruitful day in the scope of anti racism.
